We would highly recommend Creye Leike, only if Bill Malone would be representing us. Bill went above and beyond in helping us through the difficult process of selling our home. Not only did we have a very difficult Buyer. But our Neighbor Association became involved, with old outdated covanats. Bill handle the Neighbor Association's trying neighbors, and got everything taken care of for us, us and the buyer got what we wanted. Bill kept updated on every step of the way. In ouir opinion Bill is by far the best Agent we have dealt with. And we have dealt with many, as we at one time purchase rental property in Memphis and Shelby County. But that was when we were much younger. Anyway we give Bill 10 out 10, in Ethics and Salesmanship.

Our Crye-Leike agent was Bill Malone. I can't count the ways that helped me and my family find a perfect property. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and explained the settings to us from a local perspective. We were from out of state attempting to buy our first house and he basically hand-held us through the entire process with a smile. My wife and I gave him our home "wishlist" and he found multiple properties that would fit our needs. He was responsive and adjusted our list as we requested. We had very limited time to be in the area and he put together a very efficient list for us to see all of the properties that we considered. We came with our 2 year old and my wife was pregnant, and he could not have been more patient on our tours. Given my restrictions he went out of his way to help me organize inspections, utilities, and closing. He was truly a godsend for us through this process. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking to buy in the Memphis area who wants an agent that is down to earth, patient, caring, and loves their job.
